Meccano Square cardback Jawa

Stumbled on this for sale online today, the text and content of the ad is not mentioning it as being "recarded" or "repro". It is listed as "Used : Card nice with a small surface crease to the left of the "LA" in top right. Bubble has large crack on the right side".... but the seller is asking only about $180 for it (and direct buy), so I have reasons to believe it is one of these "too good to be true" fake MOC.

I am no expert at all, what do you guys think?

Based on the photo's it looks legit to me. I now prices are czary at the moment, but $180 seems steep for an example in that condition.
