[section_header]Sculpt & Paint Comparrison[/section_header]
[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Note"]Apart from the difference in coo scar, there are no discernible differences between the sculpt of these two figures, being from the same mould family.
However I did notice that the saber shaft, on the 'H' scar is slightly longer than on my 'Deep' scar. This could of course be a result of excessive flashing trim to the 'Deep' scar, so the differences may not be present on every 'H' and 'Deep' scar figure.
Although the spray mask differs slightly between these two figures, it is not unique to a particular coo, and so can be found on either coo variant.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="NOTE"]The feet on this mold family differ in size and shape, compared to all other mold families produced in the Vader line. They are larger and more oblong in shape, making this sculptural difference one of the more noticeable and identifying features of this mold family. However this feature is not exclusive to PBP no coo figures. This feature can also be found on their Kenner, HK coo predecessors.
However the PBP figure, combined with its no coo scar can be easily distinguished from its Kenner mold family counterpart, by its distinctively strong chemical smell and more defined sculpt.

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="NOTE"]Compared to other Kenner, vader mold families, the PBP Vader tends to be of a more hard sculpt, giving the figure sharper, more defined features.
A much deeper black and more glossy finish is also a common trait with PBP Vader, compared to other mold families, which can vary a lot more from a matte finish, to a more glossy finish, but with most being mixed up, with glossy torso and matte limbs, and vica versa.
PBP Vader's tend to be more uniform in their colour and glossiness. A flashing extrusion between the legs is also quite common on both PBP and Poch produced Vader's, as well as misaligned torsos and cracks near the neck and arms.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Availability"]Both the no coo deep scar and no coo scar, with 'H' remaining, can be found in equal numbers across Europe, on PBP 65 backs, Palitoy 65 backs, Clipper 65 backs, Parker 65 backs, Tri - Logo Card backs (both PBP and Palitoy) and can both be found in no text, type 'D' baggies, found with the Clipper 'Mail Away' offer.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Weapons & Accessories"]These figures most commonly can be found with a PBP produced, long, thick, leather textured cape, also known as a 'Roguse' cape.
Due to high production numbers of this figure, subtle variations in the 'Roguse' capes texture can be found, as well as both glossy and matte finishes to the cape.
Also found with these figures is the long smooth cape variant, which is much thinner, but has a very similar shape and similar arm holes as the roguse cape. These similarities combined with the error cut that can be found on both cape variations, suggest that the same die cut template was used for both capes. [/snippet]
[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Roguse Cape"]Textured side comparison, showing subtle differences in texture. The cape to the left side is slightly thicker, more rigid and a more course texture to the touch.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="NOTE"]Sabers found with these figures are predominantly the red, Euro, round transition saber. But can also be found with the PBP, dark orange, round transition tip saber.

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="NOTE"]As you can see, being from the same mold as the "Clipper variant", this figure has the larger, more rectangular shaped feet.[/snippet]
[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Comparison"]This is the PBP coo predecessor to the much more commonly found no coo, deep scar variation, also known as the "Clipper variant".
It is believed that this figure is a unique PBP figure, meaning that it was only released in Spain, but also, Like its Poch predecessor, is very hard to find within Spain's borders too.
Evidence of this type of 'coo fill' damage can be seen on other PBP figures, like the PBP Lando (original), CCP, Dengar and Hoth trooper. As there are a lot of coo scar variations of these figures and it is unlikely that they all came from separate molds. More likely that the filling to the coo scar broke and had to be refilled, resulting in yet another coo variation.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="NOTE"]The sonic welding to the torso is misaligned on my figure, but is not necessarily the case with all blobbed out coo figures produced.
However poor sonic welding, cracks to the torso and torso misalignment are quite common traits with all Poch and PBP figures.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Availability"]The reason for this coo variant being so rare, is generally thought to be due to a very short production run. Most likely due to the mold coo filling becoming damaged. The subsequent repaired coo filling resulted in the new, deep scar 'PBP/Clipper' coo variation.
Due to the very limited production run of this figure, before the coo filling was altered, It is thought that this figure only appeared on the PBP ERDJ 65 back.[/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Weapons & Accessories"]The cape for this figure Is a PBP produced long, smooth cape,
with an identifying error cut on each side of the cape edge, about 1" from the bottom of both sides.
This error cut can also be found on PBP roguse or leather textured capes, which may also have been produced with this figure. [/snippet]

[snippet SNIPPET-NAME="Sabers"]The Saber for this rare variant can be found with a round transition tip and is darker orange in colour than the regular Euro no coo, red saber.
This darker orange saber can also be found on both the (deep scar with 'H' remaining) and (deep scar, "Clipper").
But these two coo variants are more commonly found with the European red, round transition tip saber.[/snippet]
