Re: my modern collection so far
So i was browsing ebay and came across these two, reasonably priced with slight card damage, for the two i was paying a few pounds more than the usual price for one, so i bought them, i can live with some creasing, looks good in a star case

Cheers buddy, not sure on that version of fett, they brought out so many variations, i'm trying to limit my collecting to OT only, this gets a pass as its droids same era

Yeah fair enough, it's good to have limitations o your collection. Otherwise things quickly can get out of control

As the prices for vintage figures has just gone completely ridiculous recently. It's kind of forcing me out of collecting them anymore. And as I'm really enjoying my toy photography at the moment. I really like the vintage collection 3.75" figures. Because the sculpt and articulation is great, and they are much more reasonably priced.
So i've been picking a few of those up recently. I particularly like the new range of Mandalorian warriors that Hasbro are producing. So I may pick up the Deluxe TVC Boba Fett (Tatooine) at some point in the future.

Yeah the prices keep rising, i do appreciate the 3.75 figures, and did have my eye on that boba comes in a box rather than a card, see what happens

Re: my modern collection so far
Yeah the detailing and sculpt likeness on the black series figures is really good now. I often think that I would be able to get even better shots with my toy photography, using 6" scale. But the extra cost, plus storage not only of the figures, but also of the dioramas I create, would be too much. It's a shame with todays 3d printing technology etc... That Hasbro can't just simply scale down the 6" sculpts to 3.75" size.
