In 1983 Oral B released 6 different Return of The Jedi character toothbrushes for individual purchase :

Please note that the basic printed information is identical on the back and sides of all 6 characters toothbrush boxes . The only things that change from one character's package to another is the box color , the character artwork and names on the front of the boxes ( and of course the actual toothbrush that is visible inside ) .

In 1984 Oral B offered a special promotional 3 pack - Buy 2 toothbrushes and get a new Jedi Masters toothbrush which featured Anakin , Ben and Yoda :

Due to a pretty limited release the Jedi Master Toothbrush is by far the most uncommon and difficult to find Oral B toothbrush .

In 1985 Oral B re-released the original 6 boxed character toothbrushes in a new "card back" style package for retail sale :
