My wife let me do the Christmas shopping this year...

Hey all,
So I convinced my wife to let me do the shopping this year! I have 6 nieces on her side of the family to buy for, well, I'm done! Had to get a green Luke one for myself & one for the wife. Happy holidays!

Now that's my idea of Christmas shopping

Get everyone Star Wars stuff and if they aren't fans , frack 'em , they just need to learn to be fans

I think I'm safe! I got an eye roll & a "I guess I should have seen that coming" Probably be a few years before I get to do the shopping again though...just in time for the sequel!

Smart move dude! I find that if you are continually bad at something, they eventually stop asking you to do it

It even works with your actual marital status, I was bad at been a husband and now my wife has stopped been my wife

I shopped for my nephews yesterday and bought them TFA figures. I'm not into modern but I have to say I was a little jealous.....

Going to be fun after the gifts are opened.

Supposed to be almost 70 here tomorrow (outside of Philadelphia, PA) & that's when we celebrate Christmas on my wife's side of the family. Perfect weather for an outside lightsaber duel! I'm so psyched! Happy holidays everyone
My two nephews are only 1 but they got Darth Vader pajamas! I haven't been this psyched for Christmas in awhile, I don't even care if they like their presents or not, I love them so...win!

Well this went over well! Had an epic 90 minute lightsaber battle in the dark! None of them have even seen Star Wars but all knew what a lightsaber was. I definitely won Christmas Eve! None of them could put the lightsabers down & surprisingly no one got hurt, besides me of course. These things really held up, I was impressed. To make matters even better, my wife's Facebook status reads - & this is what happens when I let my husband buy the Christmas gifts! Boom! Happy holidays everyone!
