I seem to recall one being shown like that, which sold on ebay last year. I cant remember which thread it was in, but I know who posted it so may try to track it down. If not then that means there are at least two examples of mixed up bossks around. Very cool figure to see regardless.

If I remember right he was listed as just a vintage bossk, so the auction kind of went under the radar. Wish I could find one in that price range. Someone who collects poch might better be able to answer this. Was the green like this at factory time or did they turn green (or greener)? I only ask because it is so noticeable with this you would think they would have pulled it, but quality control on poch stuff seems to be non-existent with the bad welding, meltmarks, etc..

Hi Bryan.

Good question about the Poch toxic green Bossk. More than 30 years later it is difficult to check whether the figure was released with such bright green limbs or if this is the result of paint degradation.

Variant or Transformant, that is the question.
Either way it is a damn cool figure. Very Happy

Maybe it is a good idea to ask former owners of Spanish childhood Bossks if they remember this figure to be so bright green.

Kenneth_B wrote:Great thread Marco! Let me see if I can contribute with some hybrid/frankenstein Poch figures also. It should be possible at least - also some that we havn't seen yet in this thread. To me it seems like, that some Poch characters are much more frequently mixed up than others. Here I'm in particular thinking about Dengar, Lobot, Leia Hoth, Vader as well as a few others.

Looking forward to those pics Kenneth cheers

I'm sorry to say that but sometimes the MIHK Bossk (4 line COO) has thicker painted lips too... so it might not be a PBP. Crying or Very sad
