Re: Star Wars Video: DARK RESURRECTION VOL. 0
Dark Resurrection Vol. 0 (Prequel) was released in 2011, 4 years after Vol 1.
Let's have a look at what IMDB has to say about these movies:
Dark Resurrection Vol 0 : Ratings: 6.3/10 from 114 users
Maybe after the glorious days of "Spaghetti Westerns" it's time for "Spaghetti Sci-Fi"?
Dark Resurrection Vol 1: Ratings: 5.7/10 from 207 users
My biggest disappointment with the [Star Wars] prequels is that they never explored the humanity of the characters, instead just delivering on bland explanatory dialog. Such as "general grievous's ship is straight ahead" etc etc....
...Not here though I found myself actually absorbed in these characters, and believing in their humanity. I also greatly enjoyed the visual aesthetic created by the lens filter, which served to blend the CGI elements into the action more realistically.
