Re: my modern collection so far
The black series one is a nice figure, still need to pick that one up for the collection, without the red arm though, not a fan of that

Re: my modern collection so far
Yeah, that's the one I meant that I have 2 of lol naturally. Ep8 didn't even want the red arm.
Re: my modern collection so far
Just won this McQuarrie figure, threw a cheeky bid on it and they accepted, another one of the list, and my son bought me a 300th boba figure, I have one already so I'll use this as a loose figure, the box is pretty beat up and I'm guessing he overpaid as it was from a second hand place called cash generator, they get stuff in from time to time, pay buttons for it and charge the earth, photo is a stock one so you can see what it looks like

Re: my modern collection so far
I don't know whether you are aware Ian, but there are two packaging variations for the 300th Fett. The one with a white background to the side panel (shown above) & one with the side panel matching the green & yellow of the front. I believe the white panel is less common.
How many more McQuarrie figures do you need?

Re: my modern collection so far
Cheers Steve, yeah I knew about the variant, I have two of the same one but the packaging on this new one is very bad, but the figure itself is fine, and a nice fett figure to go in the loose display
McQuarrie wise I have vader, luke, ben and yoda, fett, snowtrooper, R2 and 3p0, chewie, the trooper pictured above, so I still need han, the stormtrooper, the starkiller female version of luke, and then I may pick up another concept snowtrooper that they produced not in this line but separately, I have the McQuarrie figure himself to, as I don't think its a full set without him

Re: my modern collection so far
I don't own any modern 12" figures myself, but I've always though the creatures were done so much better than the human characters (as illustrated by your great looking Bossk).

Also i'm not usually a fan of repro, but this custom rocket firing fett, caught my eye, i'll never own a real one so this fits the bill nicely

Re: my modern collection so far
Well I've just snagged this McQuarrie card for a decent price, only one more card left, the starkiller then the run is done, and just my luck the price for this last one is a bit high, not in a rush to finish so I'll just play the long game, served me well so far, taken a few years to get this far

Yeah the thirtieth line as a whole is a great run of figures, lots of variety in figures and a cool card back to, the McQuarrie subline is ace, one of my favourites

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Cheers mate, glad to have them all, it took around three years all together, just picking up cheaper cards on auction, and putting in offers on buy it now, I was lucky to not overpay on even the rarer cards like fett and obi and yoda, which is good
