Well done Ian. Those all look like great figures.
The GG was one of my favourite figures as well.

A nice run of Leia Figures you picked up there Ian Are these modern figures or from the 90's?
will you be opening these and your 6" scale figures, or keeping them on their cards?

Hey Chris, i'm not sure of the date on them, late nineties probably,(edit 1997) they don't have the beefy look the older figures had, these will all be staying carded, i collect both open and sealed figures, the 40th anniversary figures look especially good on display

Re: my modern collection so far
cool
yeah I've never liked the kind of beefy, He-man look on those early 90's figures (especially on Leia [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.])
The sculpts on these later figures are much better.
I guess 90's figures are classed as vintage too these days, being 30 yrs ago now. It would be a shame to open them now, after being carded for so long.

Re: my modern collection so far
last buy of the week
Dr Aphra 3 pack, from the graphic novel of the same name, i was offered this at a good price, has a bit of a ding but i can live with that, the title character according to wookiepedia
Chelli Lona Aphra was a human female archaeologist recruited by Darth Vader after the Battle of Yavin. Aphra, along with her assassin droid companions, 0-0-0 (Triple-Zero) and BT-1 (Beetee), fulfilled several missions for the Sith Lord before falling out of his favor, and after faking her own death, continued to roam the galaxy with the two droids.
