Real or Fake?

Anyone able to offer an opinion on the bubble? They say it has been bumped and got partially detached accidentally.  The bubble looks oddly shaped and on the right it seems wavy like it could have been melted.

I would say real. Like they said, partially detached. But it looks like someone tried to reseal it with an iron. Which would account for the wavy melted look.

I think I've got a couple that are sealed that have waves like that (top right). I'll have a look and see if I can find any pics.
