Just make a guess which commander was stationed on Tatooine for a Long time. 
Well never saw a commander like this one.
That`s a real odd face colour. I really like These strange guys.

The Commander spending too much time on Tatooine?

That's great, Mr. Crispy Chicken, very nice backcard 
I suppose the one and only SW backcard which came with the Imperial Commander (Tatooine Fatigue). So to speak a true holy grail.
