There's always the Metallic Green "Transformants" too ...

I think the most known figure that this happens to is Chewbacca (on his belt pouch) . I have seen it on original and Bespin Leia and Han's hair , Hoth Rebel Commanders scarfs and the arms and legs of Imperial Commanders What a Face

That squid head rainbow shot really freaks me out lol the discolouration is so uniform in most cases. I thought the more red/brown ones were international variants.

Don't forget about Clints pic Chris. I suppose beside the confirmed LL burgundy cape they are all discoloured. I really like this funny rainbow of my Squids but actually don't see them as "true variants"

I don't think of the cape colours as variants either.  Just a neat oddity.  Here are another couple of examples of the capes discolouring.  Again, I got the pictures from ebay a couple of years ago, and photoshoped the background out.

Oh I totally agree but it's just wild how many of them change uniformly, I know there's exceptions.

Same with Ugnaught. Look at my pic top of this page. Simply hard to believe they all have been straight blue.

Just had to share this beauty! Found on eBay. Usually it is the torso that discolors.
