Thanks Chris & David.
I was a bit worried about this piece being a fake, until I started talking to some of the other US Cobot/Coca Cola collectors.
Then on the Ontario Collectors FB page, Scott Bradley mentioned that he remembers having a different version of the "coca cola pop gun" as a kid. Possible handed out at a restaurant in the Ottawa area.
So it's possible they may have been distributed here in Canada as well as the US.

Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
I was alerted by [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] about a cardback that came up on UK Ebay. I reached out to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to see if he would allow me to send the card to him and he could mail it to Canada. Chris agreed and the rest is history. What is very interesting about this card is the price sticker. It is from Dutch Boy. This store is about 5 km's from my house. I frequented it when I was a kid. They are out of business now but it is still a grocery store. That would mean the cardback has traveled about 11,000 km round trip.
Thanks Chris and Clint, happy to have it in my collection.

Hi guys,
I hope you are all doing well.
This thread is always a big joy to go through.
Congrats to you all with your latest pick ups.
I managed to pick up a Lumat on a Made in Mexico card recently, which I would like to share with you.
As a Ledy fan, I simply could not resist this piece, which was offered by a fellow Dutch.

Hey Marco, great to see you on here again
Congrats on the MIM Lumat, it looks in lovely condition
Am I right in thinking that all Lumat and Paploo cards are MIM? Or were some released on HK cards too?

Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your kind words, my friend.
Good question.
All Lumat and Paploos were made in Mexico by the Lili Ledy factory. Lili Ledy (being part of GM) put some of these figures on Kenner ROTJ MIM cardbacks for the US market. These cards have a different `look and feel` compared to regular Kenner cards. Less glossy, a bit thinner. In addition these cards often come with a punch hole through the cardback like is the case for Lili Ledy cardbacks.
I assume other Lumat and Paploo figures were just sent out to other factories (in baggies?) to be packaged on POTF and Trilogo cards.
On the back of Lumat and Paploo POTF cards it says Made in Mexico. Not sure whether that is the case for Trilogo cards though.
@Clint, Were the MIM cards also released in Canada on bilangual cards?
Thank you very much for your kind words, my friend.

Lumat & Paploo are the only Canadian MIM cards.
Oddly enough. They are on 77 back cards, and don't show the figures on the back.
They are the only 2 cards to have UPC bar codes printed on the cards as well.
Congrats on the great looking Lumat MOC.

Re: YOUR LATEST PICK UP'S - VOLUME 4
Hi Clint,
Thanks for the info on the Canadian MIM cards, I learned something new today.
Chris:
A pity trilogo.info is under maintenance. I searched for Trilogo cardbacks on the internet and found this Paploo cardback on ebay.
It has "Made in Mexico" written in the right bottom corner.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Dave, good pickups on the coins, I had to do a double take on the A-Wing Pilot, he looks like George Washington! Made me laugh.
