Movie collection, dvd bluray, feel free to add your own

So i traded in some more blurays and picked up Empire and Jedi on 4k, happy with the set now

Getting this in early for Christmas, Robin hood prince of thieves, collectors set on 4k, loved this movie, comes with some extra fluff, nice but the movie is what i'm after

final film of 2022, got Elf in the sale, on 4k, we love the movie and watch it a couple of times a year, Will Ferrell and James Caan just do so well in this

So i haven't bought anything in ages, just haven't been looking much, but i found this on one of the facebook groups i visit, 4k of willy wonka

Should be here soon, can't wait to see it in all its vibrant glory,i feel  4k is definitely better on older movies, with a strong colour pallet, and this movie has that in spades

so its my birthday on Tuesday, the big 50, bought a few bits already but managed to snag this for under 7 pound delivered, the polar express on 4k, i almost bought this at christmas, glad i waited

So i went to see John Wick 4 last week, really enjoyed it, decided to pick up the first 3 movies on 4k, found them on ebay, should be here soon

I've always enjoyed the Jurassic Park series, John Wick & Solo movies.

Some great new additions to your movie collection Ian
I remember seeing the first Jurassic park movie in the cinema, and being totally blown away by the dinosaur effects. Which still hold up pretty well today.
Love the John Wick movies too. Great action movies! I also enjoyed the Solo movie and have it on blu ray myself

Yeah i saw it in cinema to, to many years ago now, it looks ace in 4k, and i agree the effects still hold up
John wick is great, a cool action star, and i enjoyed Solo, it didn't deserve the hate it gets from some parts of fandom

So i got a few more discs in, first up first contact, one of my favourite Trek movies, looks great in 4k

I just finished watching season 3 of Picard. It was great.

Nice pick ups Ian. I just recently watched Tenet. It deserves a 2nd viewing.
