Thanks Andy.
I have one more R4 droid in the works, and should be finished up soon.

Thanks Steve & James.
I'm working on an R4-I9 Imperial droid as well. It's the last of the R4 droids, that I know appeared in the original movies. If anyone knows of others, let me know.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
Those are all awesome custom figures, Clint. hope you will continue to make vintage style customs of characters, creatures, droids never released in the original line.
I am fortunate to have one of the R4-M9 droids (got it at CE3), and I really like it.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
Thanks Henrik. I'm glad you were able to get one of the droids from Chris, Christian & Alex, while in London.
I have another 5 droids from the movies partially finished. But work & life is keeping them from being finished up at the moment.

Thanks Chris,
Acylic paints like Humbrol, Tamiya are easy to work with. Just start with a good plastic primer as a base.
James, likes to use the Testors Model Master paints as well.

Start with something simple first.

My latest creation R2-X2. I've had this one half finished for months, but had some time the other night to finish it up.

Brilliant work mate, love the astro droids, they all look great, love them all but the standout for me is the luke xwing with helmet, always wanted one when I was a kid, glad you made him

Thanks Ian. I have a few more customs in the works. Some non droid ones. But they will have to wait for a couple of months.

Making stuff on such a small scale must be hard mate, i'm used to doing bigger stuff, you need a steadier hand at this scale, can't wait to see more

Re: Commander Clint's customs
love the astromechs
and that rebel fleet trooper is particularly interesting because it looks exactly how you'd expect the planned but never released Kenner one to look

Materials needed. A good pair of reading glasses, add a magnifying glass, lots of light & a few drinks to steady the hands.

Thanks Chris. It's been relatively easy to re-purpose the the parts to make new figures. Kenner should have been able to do it with ease. Don't know why they didn't??

Thanks Bill. I do like making figures that Kenner never made. I've got a few more started, but need some time to work on them.

Re: Commander Clint's customs
I need to re-work the sticker on this R4-Un-named. It shouldn't have the black stripes on the front & under neath the legs. Just on the back. I just changed the R4-M9 green colour to black.
